    Millipore 2-chloro-5-nitro-n-phenyl-benzamide (gw9662
    Activation of PPARγ by 100 nM 14,15-EET in carcinoma cells. Cells were seeded in 24 well plates and separated into six groups. The third and sixth groups were co-transfected using 0.4 μg PPRE-tk-Luc, 0.4 μg pCMX3/PPARγ and 0.1 μg control plasmid (phRL-TK). Other groups were transfected by using 0.4 μg PPRE-tk-Luc and 0.1 μg control plasmid (phRL-TK). The first group was incubated using DMSO as negative control.
